The 2015 language competitive examinations for the recruitment of English Editors and English Translators/Précis-Writer is scheduled to be held as follows:
- 7 July 2015 for English Editors
- 8 July 2015 for English Translators/Précis-Writers
The purpose of the examinations is to establish rosters from which present and future vacancies for English Editors and English Translators/Précis-Writer at the United Nations Office in New York, Vienna, Nairobi and Geneva will be filled.

The deadlines for submission of applications are as follows:
- 17 March 2015 for English Translators/Précis-Writers
- 24 March 2015 for English Editors
