Beacons X
Beacons is an annual peer-reviewed
journal published by the American Translators Association's
Literary Division. Beacons X features two new rubrics:

INTRODUCING - a seasoned translator
introducing a new author;
-
SE HABLA ESPAÑOL - translations
from English into Spanish, in celebration of
our unofficial second language.
Beacons is published online. Print copies of Beacons X (as well as volumes I, II, III, IV, VI, VII and IX) are available from the ATA online store at http://www.atanet.org/publications/atastore.php.
Beacons welcomes humorous texts about writing or translating. Thanks to our electronic format, graphics, concrete poetry, animation, and hypertext works are now welcome.
Our new online home allows us to offer author and translator photos, commentary on the texts, audio clips of readings and interviews, and links to and from other Web sites.
Contributing translators and living authors will receive a complimentary copy of the print version.
