ConVTI – Interview with Gio Lester and Márcia Nabrzecki

Technology and innovation are at the heart of the translation and interpreting industry and this year was no different. From remote interpreting to neural machine translation, 2017 was brimming with fancy buzzwords and actual change from people who dare to make it happen!

ConVTI was a fully digital conference organized by Gio Lester and Márcia Nabrzecki that gathered T&I professionals from eighteen different countries for two days this past August. Tereza Braga, one of our former Division Administrators, interviewed Gio and Márcia to find out where the idea for the conference came from and how they managed to put it all together.
