The certification test is offered remotely and at in-person sittings, from April through the ATA Conference in October. For more info, consult the <a href=\"http:\/\/atanet.org\/certification\/index.php\">ATA certification program page<\/a>. Certified ATA members use the &#8220;CT&#8221; designator after their name, and are searchable in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atanet.org\/directory\/\">ATA language services directory<\/a>.<br \/>Procedures<\/p>\n<p>ILD was organized in 1999 in accordance with the ATA Bylaws and operates per\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atanet.org\/member-center\/divisions\/division-governance\/division-governance-policy\/\">ATA&#8217;s Governing Policy for Divisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"mailto:sarah@sarahtranslates.com\">send an email to the ILD<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Membership in the Italian Language Division is open to all members of the American Translators Association.
