Hiroki Fukuyama (\u798f\u5c71\u5ee3\u6bc5) is an ATA-certified English-Japanese translator based in Texas. He has more than 21 years of experience in the translation industry after having worked in the engineering and electronics industry. For the JLD, Hiroki primarily served as Secretary\/Treasurer in the days when this position looked for and negotiated with venues for the JLD Dinner, one of the main social functions for the division. He also helped members register for events, collected participation fees from members on site, and took minutes at the JLD annual meetings during the ATA conferences. He also served on the Planning Committee and the Nominating Committee for the division. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
