Jaeger-Fine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as this year\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distinguished Speaker<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Toni is the principal of <\/span><b>Jaeger-Fine Consulting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where she advises law firms and other organizations on talent development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and communication. She is especially known for her work on the <\/span><b>Professional Persona<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a concept focused on the attitudes and behaviors that help legal professionals succeed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Toni also serves as <strong>Senior Counselor at Fordham Law School<\/strong>, where she was previously Assistant Dean for over 15 years. Jaeger-Fine\u2019s sessions speak directly to those interests.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>82%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of respondents work primarily in <\/span><b>English<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nearly 69%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> work with <\/span><b>law firms as direct clients<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When asked which legal topics would make them <\/span><b>strongly consider attending<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> language-neutral ATA webinars or conference sessions:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>44%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chose <\/span><b>common law vs. civil law systems<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>43%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> selected <\/span><b>contracts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>legal terminology<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>42%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> marked <\/span><b>working with lawyers and law firms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as well as <\/span><b>finding and working with direct clients in the legal sector<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These priorities show a clear need for deeper insight into the U.S. legal system, law firm operations, and contract language. Toni M.
