If you haven’t done so already, please take some time to complete the survey as it will help us work effectively on your behalf in 2021.<\/p>\n

The survey closes on Dec. 31<\/strong> and the survey results will be published on the Division website<\/a>. Your input is much appreciated \u2013 we need it to better serve you.<\/p>\n

Your answers will remain anonymous, and your name and contact information will not be collected. You can, however, choose to provide your contact information (in question 12) so ND can follow up.<\/p>\n
