Dear PLD Members,<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the requests received during our last conference, we are announcing the <\/span>Portuguese Language Division\u2019s first webinar series<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>STAY CONNECTED!<\/b> \u2013 a volunteer initiative to share knowledge and experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sessions will be online (probably via Zoom), in August and September, always on a Saturday chosen by PLD and the speaker, and they will last for a maximum of one hour. We suggest speakers plan on having 30-40 minutes for the topic presentation and up to 20 minutes for questions. <\/span>Proposals on all topics relevant to our profession are welcome.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting your proposal is <\/span>May 31, 2020<\/b>. The PLD Leadership Council will review all proposals and publish a preliminary schedule by <\/span>June 30, 2020.<\/b><\/p>\n
