We\u2019d like to thank all PLD members who shared their knowledge with other participants and everyone who attended the event.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks also to our Distinguished Speaker,\u00a0<strong>Luciana Carvalho<\/strong>, for her outstanding seminar and session.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to\u00a0<strong>Thais Lipps<\/strong>\u00a0for being so kind as to organize our PLD dinner and to\u00a0<strong>Elenice Barbosa<\/strong>\u00a0for helping with the water taxi arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Some of our colleagues delivered great sessions that were particularly interesting to our Portuguese-speaking crowd:\u00a0<strong>Bianca Bold<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Clarissa Surek-Clark<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jayme Costa-Pinto<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Layla Penha<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Rafa Lombardino<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Tereza Braga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Other fellow\u00a0<i>PLDeiros<\/i>\u00a0prepared talks in a wide range of subjects:\u00a0<strong>Andre Moskowitz<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bianca Bold<\/strong>\u00a0(with\u00a0<strong>Carolina Alfaro de Carvalho<\/strong>),\u00a0<strong>Cris Silva<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Elena Langdon<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Lowe McCoy<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Helena El Masri<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Marco Gon\u00e7alves<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Marian Greenfield<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Rosene Zaros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d love to share the PLD presentation slides in our blog, so please share them with us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ata.pld@gmail.com\">ata.pld@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0(subject line: \u201cPresentation slides\u201d).
