One of the most valuable parts of the ATA Annual Conference is the chance to connect with colleagues beyond the sessions and workshops. At the ATA65, the Law Division organized a casual lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, October 31, and it was a great opportunity to gather in person.
Members joined us for a relaxed lunch in the Exhibit Hall, we reserved some tables for our group and food was available for purchase from the concession station. The atmosphere was informal, which gave everyone time to sit down, share a meal, and catch up with colleagues in a more personal setting.
Throughout the year, our Law Division activities mostly take place online—through Zoom meetings, networking events, and webinars. These virtual events are an important way to stay connected and get training. But when the conference arrives, and we have the chance to meet face-to-face, it always feels like reconnecting with old friends.
📸 We’ve included a few pictures from the ATA65 lunch as a reminder of the great energy at last year’s gathering.
Looking Ahead to ATA66
This year at ATA66, we are continuing the tradition of an off-site event. Instead of a lunch, we will meet for a Happy Hour at Legal Sea Foods:
📍 Legal Sea Foods
📅 Friday, October 24
⏰ 6:00–8:00 p.m.
The Happy Hour will be another chance to take a break from the conference schedule, talk with colleagues in a relaxed setting, and strengthen the connections that make our division a welcoming and supportive community. Whether you are attending the ATA Conference for the first time or are a returning participant, we encourage you to join us.
👉 You can find more information about the Happy Hour in our BlawG post here: Invitation: Law Division Happy Hour in Boston
We are grateful to everyone who joined us at ATA65, and we are looking forward to seeing many of you again this week in Boston at ATA66.
