The JLD Editorial Committee is excited to announce a new, intermittent series called “Resource Roundup.” This series is meant to provide our community with thoughtful reviews of our favorite professional resources. Those resources could be in the form of a book about translation (like this book review from JLD president Hajime Sato) or interpreting, websites (such as the Online Japanese Accent Dictionary), software (ATOK for example), or anything else we have found helpful as interpreters and translators.
If you have a resource you would like to share, please email your review of the resource to the JLD editorial committee (jldeditorialteam at gmail dot com). A member of the editorial committee will be happy to work with you to create a review and help share your expertise with our community. You can also reply to this post and a member of the editorial committee will reach out.
This post will serve as a “home base” for all posts in this series and will be updated periodically as new resources are introduced!
