Tapas Buffet Station: Tortilla Española. Traditional egg, onion & potato tart with roasted tomatoes,
garlic and goat cheese.
Mixed Olives. Herbed Green, Sun-dried Black. Anchovy Stuffed & Petit Green.
Paella: Seafood Paella. Savory saffron rice with calamari, shrimp, scallops,
clams & mussels.
Meat Paella. Savory saffron rice with roasted chicken & chorizo.
Tray Passed Tapas: Stuffed Dates: Filled with Cabrales bleu cheese & wrapped with bacon.
Jamon Iberico (Iberian Ham) Croquettes| Fresh Baked Mini Empanadas. Beef with vegetables & Manchego cheese.
Wild Mushrooms: Oyster, Shitaki, Crimini & Portabello mushrooms.

The cost for the Tapas Buffet Networking event is $35.00 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Beverages to be purchased separately.
