Price: $49.00 per person, including tax and gratuity. Please note that alcoholic drinks,
coffee and hot tea are not included.

Payment of $51.00 by PayPal, or $49.00 by check, should be received on or before
Wednesday, October 28. Seating is limited and we may close registration earlier if full.

TRANSPORTATION
The restaurant is a 15-minute walk (0.75 mile.) from the conference hotel. You may also
take the Miami Trolley up Brickell Avenue to shorten the walk. The trolley is free.
